Menu:
1st course: Gefilte Fish and Hard Boiled Egg
2nd course: Chicken Soup with a Matzo Ball
3rd course Entree: Choice of: Saffron Honey Braised Chicken with Tomatoes OR Brisket of Beef with caramelized onions and au jus
Served with: Roasted New Potatoes and Roasted Sweet Potatoes.
OR Vegetarian Option: Ratatouille Stuffed Portabello Mushroom and vegetable broth with matzo balls.
Kids meal: matzo meal coated fried chicken tenders with dipping sauces, roasted potatoes and orange wedges.
Cost: $60 per adult. $30 per child (ages 5 to 12), $15 per child ages 4 and under sitting at the table. Register below by Thursday, March 30.
If you are joining us for the Congregational Seder, please bring your Reconstructionist Haggadot, A Night of Questions (be sure to have your name on them) and let us know in advance how many books you can bring for you and your family and to lend to others for that night.
If you are unable to join us but have Reconstructionist haggadot, we would appreciate your lending them to us for the Seder. Please let us know by Wednesday, March 22 how many you can lend to us by contacting Danica Bishop at dbishop@universitysynagogue.org or 949-553-3535. Please bring your Haggadot to the synagogue by the morning of Friday, April 7 (we will be closed Thursday, April 6).
